I made the switch from Blogger to WordPress in part because I want to do more with this blog in the next year; eventually (though probably not this year) I’d like to have my own website and domain, and WordPress seemed more flexible. Also, while I’m certain the means to create categories, customize my header, or include a blog roll are available on Blogger, I found their site difficult to navigate. Said another way, the tools were not as easily accessible and right now, at this point in my life, I don’t have time to learn HTML.
(Between you and me, Blogger was a bit buggy. Even for a model of patience and equanimity like me, the glitches could be trying…)
Sooooooo, here I am.
